That class was basically a semester-long discussion of S corporations, LLCs and trusts.But back to the two random comments:1.

Option B we buy a 5-6 bed house somewhere ( doesn't matter where) and live with three other people who would pay us rent and we would live there with them and we can do the apprenticeship and RN while we get into our corporate housing business.

favorite tenants are large corporations that pay like clock work such as a starbucks.Strategy is to buy key high traffic locations with nearby anchors. 

These are definitely relatable challenges for small and sometimes even corporate landlords.

I would anticipate an area like this to be popular in the next decade for job growth due to so many companies locating and relocating jobs to Texas from corporate offices to warehouses, logistics, and distribution.
