I love the two's for families because they're big enough for the mom and dad and the kids can take the other room and/or use a pullout - but the place is still big enough for some amenities like arcade games or pinball and such.

If you want good money, you got to provide good amenities. 

Installing a dedicated EV outlet in the garage may be worth the investment, as it adds a valuable and increasingly sought-after amenity with the rise of electric vehicles.

Even if those developments bring a large number of jobs to the area, people normally want to live in a place with good amenities more than they want to be close to work.

Just in the past few years we've seen rapid growth in cafe's, yoga schools, restaurants and amenities operated by younger entrepreneurs. - The smaller more 'luxury' coastal areas such as Bandon, Arch Cape, Manzanita, Florence and Cannon Beach could see dramatic valuation increases as could luxury coastal estates.

Service providers, vendors, and etc. stay in business by catering to people’s dreams.
