If the latter, sounds like FUD, because I'm not sure how we have a market crash with such low inventory?

Prior to their arrival we did an entire unit deep clean to ensure it was in great condition for their stay.

If it doesn't arrive, then you know the mailman forwarded it to him.

You're arriving with capital, experience, and drive, which puts you ahead of most.

Do your diligence to arrive at a decision.

Waiting for rates to drop means you'll be paying more in the future.The only way (that I see) prices dropping considerably is in a bigger economic crash that decimates demand across the Portland area.

I see this market exactly like I saw the years after the crash of 08.   

They arrive around 7 pm & messaged that everything looking exactly like the photos & the unit is perfect. 

When I checked cupboard on arrival 3 loaves of bread had been there at least 2 weeks in Texas heat and the smell was putrid 2.

sespically like if you wanted to rent for 2 to 4 weeks like I want to do in prime fishing time.. used to be able to do that in Palm Springs I rented a house for there for 4 months I think it was 12k.. that was 2008 before the crash :)  That's a good point and brilliant idea Jay.
