They should change the voting laws so people with more property get more votes I'd be in favor of the amount of votes a person gets being directly correlated to the amount of taxes they pay.If you are a Section 8 / Food Stamp freeloader who pays $0 in taxes, you get zero votes.

I'm honestly worried that if I increase the rent on my tenants that I will lose them, it will have to be baby steps for sure but you are right, I will eventually get there.

As my wife says on these deals and she is always very nervous we wont really know until the deals have cycled.. but for operations so far so food communications is Excellent..
