This simply will not happen because the scale of such that would be needed would literally collapse governments world wide.     

I am in Western North Carolina nowadays and am considering buying something up there near the casino, downtown, etc.  

Financially, it is simply impossible for a halal lender to compete in the worldwide financial system.

And all the people going to a casino every day/week.... rubbing hand's thinking there gonna walk in with $100 and walk-out with $10k.....Just because there is many people with a very incorrect mindset, it does not change the reality of what it all is. 

Wall Street is, at it's simplest level, a Casino.

Probably 2 dozen or more real demand drivers like factories and casinos and hospitals. 

I don't fault the Casino owner nor the people who choose to frequent. it is what it is. 

Even though the property is in Texas (no income tax), California taxes your worldwide income, so the profit is still taxed as a CA resident.

I think we'll see the area grow with the help of jobs provided by Caesar's Casino in 2024 as well as the Center for Manufacturing Advancement that's due to open soon.
