BUT, what if I resell the property in a very short period of time(like 1-2 weeks), will the IRS then look at the credit received as income because there clearly wasnt enough time to actually spend that money on that house before selling it.Other than a big deposit into my bank account which may be reported to the IRS as part of homeland security protocall, how would the IRS ever know abou the money I recieve as a seller credit?

I was stationed on Okinawa back in 95 as active duty Marine and was lucky enough to come back as a civilian working for Department of Homeland Security.

When we rent to NCSU foreign students, (17000 state wide in 2015), we can/could/did leverage homeland security as a resource.

I was missing my homeland of San Diego, where I was born and raised.

Suitland in particular is preparing for a huge homeland security building specifically by the branch ave metro.  

Does anyone have contact info for any lenders who would loan on a manufactured home with acreage? It would be a rental but our main goal is the land. Thanks!

When sending out letters to people on Bankruptcy lists, I would show empathy to the situation and urgency in what “service” you can provide them by purchasing their home, land, etc.

There are companies trying to bring down the costs of building by churning out prefabs at economies of scale, but from what I've heard a lot of them are still building the traditional stick-built way within the factories so they aren't taking advantage of the cost savings they might get if they could tap into newer tech (CNC milling, etc... though that can also lead to a lot of waste).”So, my follow up question to anyone that happens to see this is, does anyone have experience with pocket communities/micro hotels/tiny home land shares?
