Exclude any units that are out of your league and focus on similar comps. 

You're probably too late to do it for school (where your teammates could be roommates), but you'll be in a good position to do so with your teammates in minor league ball. 

I am looking at groups like David Greene's Spartan League, the Wicked Smart community, etc.

I dont think much happens at least in what I do on facebook its the minor leagues  Just start using a fake name.

In view of the fact that I'm a newbie, complete home renovations seem out of my league (for now).

Eddie and NoteSchool are the Ivy League, Masters level program.

Now a giant city 250,000 people and home to Cowboys, Stars, FC Dallas, minor league baseball, lots of companies, new Universal Studios theme park and something like 10 high schools now...big high schools. 

So, how is it daily that this league of "Joe Dirt's" can source literally thousands of off market properties across that nation if it's not "simple"? 

I spent over a decade in multi-phasic residential development before leaving the "W2 league" of things.

Now China is leagues beyond where they were before, and capable to continue forward.
