The word "turnkey" is often the most misused in REI circles. 

I misused the word syndication...I am looking this as a partnership.

That term is constantly misused on BP from an investor standpoint.  

Based on what we know and found out from neighbors, although we don't have any abstract evidence, Tenants were misusing the property to run a Prostitution type of business, massages service etc.

NO EXCESSIVE WATER USENo washing cars, playing with water, filling swimming pools or other excessive misuse of water please. $150 worth of water usage per apartment per water billing period (three months) is included in the rent.

I think what you have run into is people using the wrong terms.1) A pre-foreclosure is a property that is still owned by the borrower but is in default on the loan but no sale date has been set.2) A "foreclosure" is a misused term.

What is important to know is there really is no such thing as first time home buyer perks, it is just a misused term because most people using the perks tend to be first time home buyers.  

My understanding is that this deduction is often misused and may cause you to be more likely to be audited. 

However, in our experience, while you may mitigate the cupping/buckling, you will not prevent it ... though you may prevent mould growth.My preferred floorings in bathrooms are (in order): {porcelain} tile (particularly with in-floor heat), linoleum (not to be confused with vinyl for which the term linoleum is frequently misused); or {loose-laid} vinyl sheet or vinyl plank.  

In regards to Syndication solicitations I don't consider the Pyramid schemes, When I've looked into them, they're actually people looking to do Partnership agreements and raisings funds, but because they're not educated or understand the industry they're trying to make money in, they're misusing the term Syndication, these people who have never purchase one single property trying to Syndicate deals once again is asking for trouble one way or another.
