With better data you are getting in contact with owners that others are missing by using outdated or static databases (meaning they store their data with no real-time updates) which they update every few weeks or months.I'd say a healthy connection rate for a good quality list is 20%+ where as industry average accuracy on matched data is 40% or so with better providers able to reach 75%-85% with 90%+ in some instances and lists.

Tesla occupies more than 11 million SF in the Austin metro, one of the largest manufacturers here and they just signed a lease for another 300,000-SF industrial space at the Austin Hills Commerce Center.It's unclear what Tesla plans to do at the site that's about as large as three H-E-B grocery stores, but it appears to be moving quickly.

@Andy Horobec, I think the co-living situation is great for some & indifferent for others that depend on the situation.In general, I'd always ensure that any potential property consider still meets the general criteria for what you consider is a deal as if you were renting it out as a regular SFH.Many people got caught up with this in regards to AirBnB, then I feel like oversaturated the market.
