Are there any other people currently prioritizing design over income/functionality (that isn't already a multimillionaire)?

It works well for a lot of management functionality.

They will perform search functions (and are actually getting better at it), but that isnt what they are designed to do.

Cash flow is a risk-adjusted function of your equity.

Both the market and an appraisla will not give you full value.Financially, the issue is that most of your expenses come from things you have 1 count, regardless of home size: HVAC, water heater, plumbing, electrical, appliances, kitchen,  chimney, driveway etcIncome is a function of the square footage and bedroom count and you are very low on both.

We use batchleads, has a map function that allows you to search with a radius based on a variety of filter conditions that you set. 

The simple thought experiment here is that if I were to drop $100,000 cash into a safe at an investment property, that investment property will do nothing with it, and the money will just sit there and provide no value to anyone or anything.There are "asset-based loans" that focus primarily on the asset's ability to pay on the debt BUT ther is ALWAYS going to be SOME sort of insight into the human borrower as they are the one that is going to make the money do the things that make the asset function properly. 

I've also been in some buildings that would require pretty significant work to the HVAC units to have the controls and such be separated and functional also.

It's a very high functioning model.We had a recent acquisition that was atypical for multiple reasons - as such, I did not know which bank(s) would be interested.
