I’m currently under contract on a home in Texas, and the final documents the lender requires are a tenant agreement and proof of the security deposit and first month’s rent for my current home, which I plan to keep.The property manager I’m working with will use my home to house homeless veterans and senior citizens in a transitional setting, so it won’t be a standard rental.

Hey @Nausher Cholavaram I'm seeing a negative $200 monthly cashflow and a negative CoC of about -4.5%.As @Michael K Gallagher said we can't see the address so this *could* be a highly appreciating zip code or A+ area, potentially making this a decent hold play... but if not I'd say keep searching.Rule #1 is cash flow day one or a CLEAR path to it!
