To actually have a sober house successful where she can guide and assist everyday to that person to be successful and to help them navigate the area they're in have an assistance of a driver to get the people to the places they need to get to on a daily basis and a structured plan that they have to do and figure out to get everything done that they need to get done and to also get a job and become successful sober houses will allow you to leave the house for the weekend or allow you to not be there consistently and you have a lot of freedom but if you don't have any support and you have no resources and you have no money and you have no phone it's a setup for disaster because you have too much time on your hands and no organization no guidance 12 step programs and AANA are all a good thing if the person can do that route but a person like me found the depression and repetition of using through stories and that wasn't my way to stay sober and to stay on a lane of being a successful citizen again...

I get what your saying I was employed in the late 80s by a big syndicator in SF who had over 250 different apartments  senior housing student housing shopping  MHP and i headed up land development for them..

As your a good citizen and known politically you can ask for land to lease.  

There are not enough Gen Z-ers to replace them, and that puts pressure on (legal citizens) wages, partially offset by immigration.

👋Great question — residential assisted living (RAL) is a really exciting space right now, especially with how fast the senior population is growing in the U.S.To break it down simply: RAL is when a regular house is used as a staffed assisted living home for seniors who need help with daily activities (like meals, meds, and bathing), but want to live in a more homey, comfortable setting — not a big commercial facility.

@Tim Welfing unfortunately I am not a dual citizen, but I have spoken with a cross border accountant that works with investor cross border unfortunately LLCs aren't recognized in the Canada which can cause double taxation, but I do plan on purchasing personally which doesn't cause double taxation.
