The Health District in my view is bounded by:I-95 to the EastDolphin Expressway to the SouthNW 14th Ave to the WestNW 20th St to the NorthProperties within these boundaries are limited/rare, so while the above is the 'actual area' I also mean the surrounding neighborhoods and streets.The area doesn't have the best reputation in terms of safety (Though there are definitely rougher areas in the city), but it does seem like it a solid rental market - with plenty of jobs nearby.It is also fairly close (Depending on traffic) to Wynwood, Downtown, and Little Havana/stadium(s) and the airport.  

Cobb county is crazy now because of brave's stadium.

I see the same thing in L.A , people are saying the NFL stadium will transform Inglewood .

The stadium is attracting a lot of buying around the strip south end  etc 

The location is decent for Airbnb, as it is in walking distance to the stadiums and the University of Maryland Medical College.

Hi Joe,  My boyfriend and I are house-hacking in a duplex about 3 blocks from the Coliseum & New Soccer Stadium.

It's definitely an area that is undergoing revitalization especially with subway projects and the new RAMS stadium being built close by.

I think the planned redevelopment for the Stadium area and Hollins Market will be positive for the neighborhood, but we are still years away.

You might also want to keep an eye out for certain cities that have planned large improvements such as new schools and stadiums as they will spike up the tax rate in a higher percentage than typical.
