These are the people that will continually harass under threat.

Of course asking the to show in writing just leads them to disappear which is likely just fine, but just wanted to see if any tactic works on these kinds of borrowers?

I’m definitely wary of investing in states more prone to natural disasters and insurance premiums skyrocketing or coverage disappearing altogether.
