The only issue about my model is that in my province there is a 1 year redemption period making the process slow to make money, but atleast there is much less competition.Now ive been studying Tax Deed investing in the USA because it seemed faster if you have capital, but my worry is that it may be too competitive.My questions are:Is the current market oversaturated for online auctions?

It does not matter if you are selling stuff online, buy an airstream and convert it into a mobile coffee shop or pressure wash houses.

Can look up online & may just have to go through a decent amount to find someone reputable at a good price.

I'm 15 and I'm just now taking learning about real estate seriously, I'm about to go online for school to graduate early and study as hard and as much as I can about real estate I've learned a little bit but I thought reaching out here would probably make a change so any and all advice about real estate investing would be appreciated
