New Investor Partner Funding
As a newer real estate investor what is the best way to split a partnership if you find, manage, and pay some on the deal (mainly rehab and rent deals)? Also how would you go about paying them back monthly or what would be an exambled amortization schedule? Trying to find what would be the best way to partner, and work with a personal acquaintance while also keeping there money safe.

You don’t want to hear this, but I’m going to be brutally honest. In my almost 50 years in real estate, I’ve seen scores of instances where a relatively newcomer to RE investing “partnered” with a friend or relative with $ and no experience to invest in property. In 98% of the cases the “partners” ended up terminating any relationship they had on the WORST possible terms. This was always the result of the money person realizing that their partner had much less knowledge and experience in RE than they had thought.
