If The government cared about public health they would provide separate housing for quarantine until the People where back on their feet.

Needless to say...several hours in the emergency room, the dog had to be quarantined....I'm a huge dog lover, but now very nervous about pit bulls.

A factor I have considered - after a year of quarantine there could be an increase in divorce rate which could increase supply and help to level out pricing.

I hear you, but its just a temporary side hustle during the quarantine, no risk of total loss for me.
