Tesla is not the first to come to the Reno area for some warehouse tax advantages.  

I use discount (remnant) flooring warehouses for all of my flooring needs. 

(REMEMBER THIS ALWAYS) You have greatness in you,(YOU ARE ALREADY CREATE LIKE THIS< WITH GREATNESS)  just like a seed. ( a seed) doesn't say I am just a seed, a seed has potential inside, it just needs the correct environment and timing and condition to become GREAT and ABLE to create fruit, It needs, Soil, Water, and correct temperature to grow (and time) .

So buy side or sell side, landlord side or tenant side, hotels, multi-family, warehouses, medical office, office office, retail, land, strip centers, restaurants, and maybe plenty of others.   

No clue but i would like to live somewhere with an avg yearly summer temperature of 80 degrees, a beach, mountains and good food

If I could've predict the future a year ago, I would've started a trampoline company, a pool company, became a bicycle distributor and bought 10,000 bikes renting a warehouse, put all my 401K money into Netflix, started a toilet paper company, oh... and I would've purchased a couple hundred single family properties. 

It seems a lot more seasonal that Bradenton/Tampa (mostly due to the lower temperatures in the winter).
