The County just hired a new Planning Director, and he's supposed to be more builder friendly, The City already has a head of Planning that came from the building trades, so hopeful. my brother lives in Lake Co.. and is up on the CARR fire right now  Heavy equipment operator.. but he did the Lake co aftermath and some in Sonoma.. the demo of the fire burn outs is a hazmat or semi hazmat process..
