Otherwise, I'm going to close this thread because frankly nothing that hasn't already been said in the past 190 posts seems to be coming of it and I've already had numerous complaints about it just being an annoyance at this point.Thanks to everyone for the discussion!

Personally, when I call someone, I am annoyed by a really long message.

I would be interested in if the number is low for the effort.Of the last 2100 letters we've sent (30/60/90 Lates), we've had 7 annoyed/angry calls, 18 "remove me from your list" calls and 3 "I'm just curious how you got my name calls"...My wife was able to turn 2 of the 7 angry calls (and a couple of the others) into, "I'm going to think about it and will get back to you."

People not doing them is annoying.

Yep it is somewhat annoying that the prices in Clark Fulton are already factoring in some of the projected appreciation.

Remember once you open those walls everything has to come up to code, that will for sure mean all new electric and panel, alot of new plumbing and HVAC and can mean little more annoying things like framing not being sufficient. 

There's constant delay, very annoying.

I understand the motive but I think it is annoying.

I wasn't interested but he was really annoying and just kept hanging around walking next to me.
