America is founded on the entrepreneurial spirit and people should be rewarded for trying to create amazing things.

I believe this thread was mostly started in a spirit of camaraderie and possibly commiseration.

In that spirit, here are my cheap *** landlord hacks that I’ve learned over the years:- window and door screens: if they’re broken or torn up, I remove completely on tenant turnover (note, I’m in SF and we don’t have nasty flying insects, etc.

I am from the Everett, WA area and am looking for any beginner tip, resources, or any other beginner collaborators. 

Would love to collaborate.

@Stephen Noonan I don't wholesale, but I can definitely see the value of coming together as a group of like-minded individuals for the collective benefit of the members, helping each other out, collaborating, strategizing, sharing information, etc.
