The only one over 25 was a woman in her late 40's that used to work for me and was fired after costing us a lot of lost time and money.

After they completely cleaned out the place (2 days) & the dumpster & stench was gone I sat down with them & asked the young woman.

I just got off the phone with a woman who has a construction/renovation job in the area and would like to rent the house on a 6 month lease for her employees.

We gave the woman notice that we would be increasing rent over the next six month up to just under market rate. 

The beaches and woman there are phenomenal!!!!

A woman answered and I let her know that I understood the house was for sale and I was looking to buy a property like this as a rental property.

I didnt attack you, its clear that your knowledgable.But in this case this woman is being played and your trying to throw your analysis of the market into it.
