I also came up with a program to donate $500 from each REO closing to a charity of the AM's choice, and I think this was very effective in proving that I was not just another hungry agent chasing the almighty dollar.Best of luck!

If I want to help the homeless I will donate to a charity or volunteer at Habit for Humanity, but I will not alter my business model.If you choose to not rent to illegals based on moral beliefs then that perfectly fine and that is your choice.

I hate it when people say this on here but this may be one of the cases where it actually does make sense to say it: consider hiring a PM moving forward because every tenant has a sob story and if you bend over every time you hear one, you might as well be running a charity.
