We all have our naysayers and then we have our cheerleaders:) The real estate business is a roller coaster ride, it has it's ups and downs.

They ride the market like a roller coaster.

Today has been a bit of a roller coaster of emotion.  

We’ve taken a nice ride up, but like all roller coasters, we will eventually find the top and rocket back down.

Thirdly, the connections which I made through this site that made me feel more comfortable in Pulling the trigger.I purposely am not going to Divulge too many details...for privacy reasons (feel free to PM if you'd like and I would be more than happy to divulge :) ) What I will say is this ...It was a roller coaster in which hell of a lot of learning was done.The process took a few months and every week was different.

South Carolina as a whole- with maybe some coastal exceptions doesn't see the big rollar coaster of housing prices like say Phoenix where house appreciate sharply and then lose value just as quickly. 

Now, they're so afraid of their own shadow and have such little knowledge about what the actual guidelines are, its a pure roller coaster ride waiting to see if you can get a loan done.I will say this.

Buying and selling is a roller coaster ride for sure.

Texas does have property appreciation, but it's just not the roller coaster ride that some states are. 

But we do follow-up as soon as they fall behind the modified agreement.We willingly chose this low income roller coaster; tenants who have their act together don't want to live in our units.
