The safer investments right now would be RE seeing as RE isn’t as heavily effected by the CoronaVirus as the stock market is right now (Major companies such as Disney closing, or JNJ and other companies with warehouses being closed, along with airlines and hotels taking a hit).

Look at the water heater (put your ear on it if needed) sometime the temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve at a water heater leaks.

Due to the wood subfloor, the bathroom floors have a little give to them and one of the small tiles is cracked. not a big enough deal to replace (2 inch tile) but knowing how difficult it is to stabilize old wood floors with the seasonal temperature/humidity changes in our area...we'll be doing allure in the future.Thats one reason to install a crack isolation membrane before tiling.
