The building is a majestic high-profile building about 30 minutes north of Portsmouth, NH and we see a great mixed-use community that will pull people from places like Dover, Somersworth, Rochester, the Maine Seacoast communities (Eliot, York, Kittery, Berwick, etc.), and all of the Lake Winnipesaukee communities, with artist lofts and commercial space for a restaurant or brew pub in an unsaturated market.

CA in those days it was the hippies leaving the Haight Ashbury and flowing right up Hwy 101 to Mendocino Lake and Humbolt counties.. weather there is not as nasty as the Sierra NV and its quite remote even to this day.its only been since about 2000 or so when cash flow rentals became a kind of mainstream investment for the mass's and this was really promulgated by the advent of the OOS turn key investing models..
