I've been using lease runner but I'm interested in switching if here is something better out there.

I be proactive by providing furniture pads/sliders and requiring area rugs/runners.

As a coach, when I was deciding whether to send or hold a runner rounding third base, I was aggressive. if the defense had to make a perfect play to throw the runner out, I would make them make the perfect play, as I was a finance major and I knew statistically I had a better chance of them screwing something up and my guy scoring than I did them making the perfect play.

I think this thread is good example of that, there has not been a single option that is a clear cut front runner. 

If we're going to use sports analogies, if my math is correct, a batter laying down 10 bunts is batting 1.000, has 3 runners on base and 7 across the plate.  

All the finance, accounting, management people are right brained number runners (great for real estate) and designers are left brained creatives (also great).

I also am a trail runner, mountain biker, I love stand up paddle boarding with my dog, we have a small farm and raise our own meats and I have 2 grandsons that keep me busy!
