Once I gave a life estate to a woman that was on her deathbed in the hospital and the doctors prognosis was 6 or 7 months. well she was 68 and I got to send her a happy birthday card on her 90Th birthday and was looking toward sending her many more when she got hit by a kid speeding through the neighborhood.
