While many industries are struggling, some of the city’s tech companies are getting a boost as millions of Americans comply with social distancing orders throughout the country.Amazon has announced it plans to hire 100,000 new workers in the U.S. to deal with the crisis, while cloud-computing providers like Google and Microsoft, another Seattle-area giant, have experienced increased demand from workplace-collaboration software providers, streaming video service companies and online videogame makers.

it was a huge headache, but we were successful, and afterward, the house was spotless. in the house you're working on, i'd say, it wouldn't be difficult, since it's not full of personal items. but diatomaceous earth only works if the bugs make physical contact with it. we used ourselves as bait, sleeping on air mattresses in the center of the living room, but it was not ideal, especially with a baby. another thing to consider is that breathing it in can be harmful to your lungs and dries your skin out(it also dried out my rugs and floor a little, but, i wanted to cover all my bases). be sure to get the food grade stuff, wear masks when puffing it around, and only puff small amounts(we used a condiment bottle- for mustard or ketchup). another way to lure them through the de is with heat and carbon dioxide(because we generate heat and carbon dioxide)- you could use candles, but be careful leaving them unattended if you are not staying at home through this process. i wish you the best of luck. bed bugs are no fun.

The chance of them asking a quick question that you do not seem harm in until afterwards are much higher. 

Any confrontation should be avoided as it will likely harm your case, not hers. 

If a tenant (or roommates) make partial payments before the due date, then no harm has occurred, and it certainly won't affect your ability to evict if full payment isn't made by the due date.

High school drop outs are not desired in the work place. 

I know this is out there a bit, but don't I have the right as the owner to enter my own property without fear of physical harm?

No harm in that.I paid off a bunch but the lowest rate was 6%+ and they were seller-financed or commercial,  representing more pain and risk than what you most likely have.Last consideration is if you have a small balance loan but are running into conventional loan limits of 4 or 10. 

That is the kind of market I want to invest in - where the local economy is so dependent on overnight rentals that it would be harmful for them to be over-regulated.
