All the finance, accounting, management people are right brained number runners (great for real estate) and designers are left brained creatives (also great).

Fear that no matter how many times I run the runners I've made a mistake that will cost me.But I am pushing through and have a house under contract.

I've been using lease runner but I'm interested in switching if here is something better out there.

I be proactive by providing furniture pads/sliders and requiring area rugs/runners.

I HATE the idea of knocking on doors for rent payments and only do so if I am chasing a "runner".  

I know many and work with many solid good business runners who move and shake.

Each group is pandered to with different a psudo gin-ed up problem (advertised to), and given their supposed savior national candidate to (hopefully) vote for in a primary, and then the actual primary votes do not really matter and the "Seller" chooses the predetermined runner for the National Election (hoping that because the SJW's "Felt" support for their interim media propped up (false) savior, they will Vote for the "Sellers" chosen National Candidate.In a nutshell, it seems one way to stop those local's who align themselves with the "Seller" from implementing these laws, is not educating the locals (they are missing the point of this and actually solving the made up problem), might be to somehow appeal to the National part of it.

I really want to learn as much about real estate as I can before I buy my first deal, I already work for a Broker as a runner and marketing assistant, so I see that side of things as well. 

I have started my new list this week and so far I’ve read;- bigger pockets book on managing rental properties- the book on rental property investing - thousand splendid suns- Kite runner- Richest man in Babylon - The smart investor - Think and grow rich (These books can include reads like the alchemist, which just help give views on life, but ideally right now I’m looking to find more on investment strategies between the vehicle of stocks and real estate: particularly multi unit) I’m looking for books that help enlighten us, as well for grow my knowledge in the realms of the overall investing mindset, theories, business startup and set up, management, accounting, financial and global economic understanding, and the “monopoly 1031 exchange method” As we all know we have a lot of time now locked in doors, so please let me know!

@Steven Jackson  I'm not sure if the expression comes from baseball where the pitcher gets stuck between throwing a pitch and throwing to a base and essentially doesn't commit to either which causes a physical "bobble" which is considered trying to trick the base runner and so the base runner is awarded an extra base.
