She would stop, it would auto sit.She went to the bacon area and browsed, the dog calmly set next to her ignoring the tasty bacon easily within reach.Some veterans help group gave it to her--their logo was on it's vest.it behaved very well, and just leaned into her at all times walking or standing or sitting--always touching her leg.I had no doubt this dog was a legit ESA dog, and would never have questioned it.Plus you could tell from her overall composure--she needed it.It was just a medium sized friendly looking mutt, nothing special--and not a pit bull.

Find out what treats they like and bring them along for a midday snack/coffee/pop etc.....When you have 1 house you need to build a personal relationship with them because that is all you have.

Lived there for 4 years, and as the neighborhood was changing and I adopted a ten year old and needed a better school district for her, I sold it, made $10k when you could not give most houses away in that area.I did replace the tiny kitchen with new cabinets and build in a snack bar.

It's a really good way for me to burn calories and keep lean (I typically don't eat anything while working on a property - maybe a small snack during the day - and so that helps also with being healthy).

It’s amazing how many times people cut corners like not having beach chairs when near a beach, not having a high chair / pack in-play for family oriented homes or even just adding snacks.

I also provide a couple snacks like crackers and a bag of popcorn. this is for if they get in late and want a snack or cup of coffee for the morning, they don't have to run out and get it.
