Obviously it's long been a VR market for Texas and just wanted to get some investor insight before going there on vacation and drive around with REI lenses on.Of course any recommendations for brokers/agents, lenders, etc would be appreciated.Thanks!

I already had $1M (non-umbrella) on my VR policy however and choose to keep it there just to be safe, it really doesn't cost that much for the extra piece of mind.  

Vacation rentals in popular vacation spots can earn much more than LTR in the same location but I don't think a seasonal VR can out-earn a LTR where the VR is only popular for one or two events a year.
