As stated, most real private lenders aren't going to sign up for that thing, but I lend when I'm cash heavy and would do things to let people find me.The hard money guys around here are pretty crazy, they want 20% in 65% LTV, 5 pts and 15% then have the nerve to ask for a credit app.
