It's easy to assume some sort of basis when the is a small element that the viewer may not agree with something they see. but to suggest that there is some sort of national media bias against investors, would also invite conspiracy theories that include shadow people, Bigfoot and UFO abduction.

All the things that are real world but not attractive or marketable aspects.The proprietors of this site have a business model that benefits from engaging viewers to remain on pages and view advertisers' messages. 

I don't think BP has much overlap with PBS viewers (I could be wrong)

If its something a viewer is unaware of it doesn't take away enough space to justify not giving it to those who do

From my experience buyers typically prefer these lots because they will not have any neighbors directly behind them.I can't tell from your question if there is an existing house built, that you are purchasing, or if you are buying a lot and going to build on it.Also, you should have access to an interactive flood plain viewer to look where the 100, 500 and zone X for the flood plain are situated.

What would you want to see (ie a dedicated property viewer, in-house direct mail, syndication opportunities,???).

Viewers need to do their own research on any guests of the BP Podcast and any other publication.
