What I've found is that at least 75% of the game really comes down to the way you work with the local magistrates in the areas you have your rentals in.Are you organized and do you have extensive documentation when you show up to court?

Doing it this way means you will always stay in the game...and, you can recover from lost money, as long as you bail out of losing deals, since it isn't your money you're losing.It's like playing poker.

I have a great command of the process involved with construction and project management of a successful project.I was told by some I admire that I constantly meet with about doing investing that I reminded him of someone how is sitting on the sitting line in the stands and dreaming of getting into the game( real estate investing) but never do it.
