Misook Foley Tenant put trampoline in the back yard.
5 August 2023 | 17 replies
I just talked recently to my sister-in-law with a similar issue you can't just add on anything about the trampoline to the least you can't do that legally she's a real estate attorney you can't legally add it on and technically a trampoline is not a toy it is a workout type of machinery it's almost like having a set of Weights outside or a punching bag if it's not specified already in the lease before you gave it to him legally there's nothing you can do and it would be extremely illegal to just add it in after they were already there and sign the lease you can't add into the next lease it's not how it works now if you had a apartment complex that would be different but if you're renting a home would they put in their backyard is none of your business they're renting your the home from you you can't control somebody's yard you can say yes you need to keep it clean but you can't tell them they can't have a trampoline or a swing set or any of the above in their backyard if they're running a home from you by law.

The units are heavy and feel very secure, and are much easier to install than any others I have encountered. This has worked well for me with 2 triplexes each with a common entry door, but we are adding to our portfolio and I may be using the landlord locks recommended above in the future- it would be nice to have less keys jingling away in my bag!
