Today that 26% knows where to find guns, drugs, government money, legal aid, medical care, food, shelter, concert tickets, and so on.Man, where are your priorities???

If there are any concert venues, festivals or wedding venues within 30-45 minutes, list some of those two.I'd also change your phrasing of "our hot tub" and "our fully equipped kitchen." 

So it's not like it's going to be a year round event.I'm sure there will be concerts and other events but that will only account for an additional 6-8 or maybe 12 weekends of use I would imagine?

Some good advice and suggestions above.Keep in mind that lots of people PAY for tickets to events like sports and concerts and theater, and don't go even though they paid.

Get Taylor Swift to do a concert nearby.

Of course he/she doesn't want to own a home, they want to Snapchat their way around a concert for a week.  

There are always deals though and it takes a concerted, consistent effort to find them here, same as anywhere.Which makes me wonder: is there anyplace where it is 'easy' to find under-priced houses?
