Do you run a back round check?  

I am checking the landlord assoc out and looks like they would cover everything a LLwould need?   

You have (3) bureaus Transunion, Equifax and Experian and should have (3) scores but not always depending on number of accounts reporting to credit.Most people tell a bank or lender they have an 800, its because they see on one of their accounts that offer free score like checking, or one of your credit cards.

Again, I would check with your local lenders to see what options they have. 

I actually had the chance to visit Columbus last month and spent some time checking out different neighborhoods in person.

For finding tenants, sites like Zillow Rental Manager, Apartments.com, and Craigslist can work well, and always run background and credit checks to ensure reliable renters.

Without thorough legal and title checks, you might face complications that could delay or derail the deal.
