I was just out in Tampa for a conference last week and am missing the weather already. 

I will be attending the VRMA conference in Los Angeles first part of May.

I can say for certain my top 2 moments of the conference were the initial guided networking session lead by Andy Gil, really was a great small group of investors and I'm confident I'm going to consistently keep up with their journeys!

We designed the space to have one conference room/meeting area, and the rest is open.

The house is not in a vacation area, but probably used for work conferences or to visit family... it was tempting to do an addendum to the contract for 25% of the profit and have the tenant take all the risk, but at the same time, I work 10+ hour days, and really don't have the bandwidth to keep track.

I attended a real estate conference (not a local meetup) and I was told by a CPA I couldn't deduct the flight, hotel stay and meal costs.

Everything is going well but I got just got a message that we need to do a conference call with this third party verification service and the holders of the 2 existing mortgages we have.
