I would at this point of time say that I am more of a visionary, but I have very good leadership abilities.

Just got back from the IMN Non Performing Loan conference at Dana Point.

A great program can get ruined by leadership and really bad programs can actually benefit the owners with great leadership. 

This one will be a bit different since there is a conference going on this weekend which is drawing a ton of folks from out of town.

Besides the BiggerPockets conference (which is fantastic, and I wish they would announce where and when soon), what other similar type conferences do you recommend for 2022

Masslandlords.net has chapters around the state, but also NWCLA is very good, as the leadership is very knowledgeable.

Short term might not recover as fast (Which also depend on location, Suburban might be doing better than Urban setting where reservation is heavily depending on local events/conferences.)

Most folks are paying rent and even if you go back to DeBlasio/Cuomo press conferences, neither is proposing relief in early Feb.
