Ned teased me constantly about buying this lien because he couldn't believe it would actually be worth considering and I tease him back about how he indirectly did help me buy this  particular lien and look, J and I struck gold!!!  

I recently relocated from WA state to FL, and in one cross-country moving drive, I was struck by how nice the parts of TN and GA were that we were driving through, and I know some people have done well investing in different Tennessee markets.

I might not have responded, except that I’m a life-long CJ owner and Ouray, CO is one of my favorite ice climbing destinations.

Hard money lenders I’ve talked to have required >25K in liquid reserves which defeats the point and I’ve struck out with private money.

I have to admit I'm a little "star-struck" that I'm actually interacting with you after listening for 73 shows.

It struck me that 1) why can't a private group buy loans just like banks sell loans to one another and 2) why can't I do it?
