The methods vary from higher end homes in awesome locations with themes like environmentally-focused entrepreneurs chefs kitchen beer and kombucha on tap, to higher end affordable housing like Padsplit, to old-fashioned, student housing, and low end rooming housings. 

It seems that the recurring theme is do your due diligence as best you can, but know that things can still go south.  

To me this is another form of revenue stream and it’s absolutely congruent with the theme of the BiggerPockets platform.
