When I read the article I saw a theme woven through the story that can help someone who is looking to invest in mobile homes in an area like yours.  

Over the last few days, we hear a lot of different things, conflicting information but there are some common themes starting to emerge, based in various conversations people had with SBA reps and even some SBA regional directors:1.

Add to that, the eviction moratorium seems to have very little impact on Class A/B properties (and some would say it's actually benefited A/B) while it's had more impact on Class C..I could add to the items above, but if you read all the posts, think you will see a common theme is macro vs. micro.. 

Know what people think when they hear "Maui", they think VACATION, destination wedding, beaches, resorts, etc.. 

They tend to use similar themes, the stupidity of working for others, the need to work for yourself, a promise to make sure you get out of the rat race, they promise to give you the personal attention and coaching you need to succeed, they suggest that if you follow their instructions you will finally have a piece of the American dream you deserve and always believed you could have.

At risk of sounding like a broken record and to point to a common theme on bigger pockets: have a lawyer review everything.
