Just yesterday I got a call from someone who put on his website that he was giving me a "strategic coaching session" only to find out it was his slick talking "right hand man" asking me what my goals were and before you know it....BAM....I could join his program for $8,000....but do you know what he said that was ever so comforting?

It is much better to be clear and honest with the PM regarding goals and finances, and strategize the overall management plan or needed major expenditures.Regarding your comment about the old PM wanting to collect for additional charges...it is not at all uncommon for invoices to come in one or two months after the work is done- many businesses are slow to send them out.
