In all fairness, I have never participated in their mastermind group, but I have been pitched grossly over priced so called education programs from people that spend more time promoting and exaggerating what they’ve done in the hopes of getting a check from me with 5 zeros.

We use Zillow to avertise, MySmartMove (Transunion) for background checks, Google sheets of course, bookkeeping  is completely outsourced and they use Quickbooks (I died on that hill more than once, best decision ever to outsource), for communication a seperate cell phone and it's mostly text messages, rent collection via my bank (ACH), and maintennace in a spreadsheet (how much maintenance are you planning on doing??)

Electrician is a very good place to begin, as such, I would recommend you, if as an electrician you work in houses, that you check and learn about the problems that a house has in every aspect even though you can't do any hands-on you can ask how it was fixed and understand the lifetime of a house.Then to begin in real estate investing you have to begin planning on your first purchase from now.

As far as Lance Kawaoka's claim that the reason there wasn't much response to a post about checking on the quality of a large, well-known, super-markety sponsor is that members wouldn't want to declare that they are a high net worth individual just doesn't hold water.
