I am going to be soaking int he knowledge as I start finding deals.

I absolutely cannot wait to soak up as much knowledge as I can from other members, with the hopes that one day I will be able to share what I have learned with others!

Needless to say, I'm soaking up as much knowledge as I can.

We are channeling the sponge and preparing to soak in and retain as much information as possible.

Its almost as if your eating your seed corn!

So, rain water coming in thru the roof can weaken the ceiling and go into the walls and soak into the carpet with dirty (probably dog poop).

Would love to soak up all the knowledge I can so any advise would be greatly appreciated!
