Was this disclosed or did you have a survey done?

I got a quote for a survey to get a flood elevation certificate but its $400... not sure if thats worth it yet.

Unless you can get hold of say a house flipper on BP that is in that area, you are probably gonna have to buy a flight to get over here to fix it or supervise fixing it; and certainly surveying the damage.

Do a survey if its customary in your area and affordable.

I'd be more likely to sell to them than the Junior agents in the big commercial offices who call me every day and pretend they're conducting a survey or some other BS before getting down to brass tacks.

.- Find all trades, negotiate price & timelines (Roofer, Painter, plumbers, electricians, etc)- Find a Architect, negotiate price- Find an engineering company- shop price - Find a survey company negative price - Find good realtor that works with investors.

We have a Land Surveying company we own and we would be applying for the PPP but for that the EIDL, is that just for investment properties?
