I hope to eventually turn my property into a rental property after my girl friend finishes nursing school out there which should be about two years max. 

Having him take some time while we are saving up that year's worth of income to ponder what his next thing will be, income wise, whether it's coming into my business, starting his own business, investing on his own in something he's an expert at, becoming an independent contractor working less hours, unjobbing for awhile, etc.

My wife was so poor that I asked her what she dreamed about as a little girl, what did success’s look like to you.
