My question to the Forum members is; Who is the Go To, Investor Friendly Title Company that can handle deals throughout SE Michigan?  

If your only getting $600/side I would run FAR FAR away.There are only a few places where people get units for $600/mo in SE Michigan. 

SW to Center West is fine, but would avoid the SE corner altogether. 

Any investors in Michigan and specifically the Washtenaw, Livingston, and Monroe counties? We are newer to the real estate world and looking to connect with local investors, and for off market deals from wholesalers. ...

I've thought about doing it in similar high value areas in SE Michigan, so if it works in Ann Arbor, it may work elsewhere.

@Gerald J Flattmann III Hello, I service the San Tan Valley and Apache Junction area for investors and provide Property Management in the same.20 years in Arizona, all residential in the SE Valley with the last 6 as Property Management.I manage everything from single family to 12 plex at this time.

@Andrew Smith I personally do not like to purchase lists per se.

I know a few in the area if you'd like a recommendation It's not a bad advice per se - it's a realtor's view of financial matters.
