On the other side of the spectrum, I've had clients who insisted on saving $10k on furniture up front and, what do you know, they waded through the middle of the pack on Airbnb for years. 

Thus far, you pay up front the wholesale fee of $15,000 for three properties.

Many times the bank just puts it up at the amount of the loan value plus arrearages and fees.

I wonder how up to date such systems are on the current Airbnb algorithm and as they make changes?
