If in place in the beginning, I would have given this business a 5-star review from the start—they have a great curriculum and the talented coaching team that made the program successful to date. 

I feel like it helps get those 5 stars and I think people are a little more respectful of my place when they think of it as "dena's home" instead of "just this airbnb that I rented." 

I would just order beds and mattresses from Wayfair that have a high star-rating with LOTS of reviews - that are also within your desired budget and fit your style choice.

We now have multiple 5-star reviews on Airbnb.

She was pissed and wouldn't pay, but AirBNB (of course it was an AirBNB guest) sided with me and forced the charge and deleted the 1 star review. 

I manage Airbnb, VRBO, and mid-term rentals, handling listings, pricing, guest communication, and 5-star experiences.

on their reviews I deny. 5 star history only. 

Their reviews are all 5 stars at BBB which seems a bit odd.
