Credit card transactions still have to be entered manually.We actually use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for our accounting since it gives us more flexibility and reporting options.I’d also love to see an in-app calling feature (right now it’s text only).More flexibility to create custom CRM statuses would be nice too.I haven’t tried many other platforms yet, but for now AppFolio covers most of what we need pretty well.

For example, I have credit cards with $15K to $30K limits that may go from a zero balance to being maxed out when I'm doing a rehab project - and my score will drop accordingly.

Its a site for direct booking so you make the rules and requirements, you take payment by however you want - cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or regular credit cards if you are set up with Stripe, Square or one of the other processors. 

She has an 840 credit score, almost maxed out her 20k credit card limit, barely making the mortgage of $2k on her own for the past 2 years.

LTV is useful, but don’t chase the highest if draws are slow or tight; confirm draw timing, inspections, and whether advances are in arrears so you’re not floating rehab on cards for months .

It happened once at my personal cabin and I assessed their credit card a $2000 fine.
